Tommy H. Lee

Mr. Lee has over 15 years of capital markets, investment banking, and financial services experience focusing on U.S. and Asia emerging growth, small cap, and middle market companies.  Mr. Lee has negotiated, structured and closed various types of financing transactions including retail and institutional private placements, venture capital, mezzanine financing, senior debt financing, initial & secondary public offerings, LBOs, MBOs and cross boarder M&A.  His transactional experience spans in a broad range of industries having raised in excess of $2.0 Billion USD.  Additionally, Mr. Lee has also been involved in numerous M&A assignments for both private and public companies in the U.S. and Asia.  His prior transactions have been within the following sectors: Real Estate, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Energy, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, and Technology.


Mr. Lee began his career on Wall Street with Oppenheimer and JP Morgan Chase where he was Vice President.  In his tenure, Mr. Lee has managed over $ 1.0 Billion USD for high net worth individuals and institutional clients.  Mr. Lee is now the President & CEO of JDLK GROUP LLC where he founded 9 years ago. JDLK GROUP LLC is an Asia Pacific focused merchant bank, global financial and strategic management firm, specializing in providing services in cross boarder M&A, asset development, recapitalization, restructure, real estate, alternative investments, special situations, PIPEs, REPOs, LBOs, MBOs, and debt financing. 


Mr. Lee now spends most of his time in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where he is advising Chairman and Executives of both private and public companies on capital raise, capital structure, restructure, strategic & financial partnerships, IPOs and cross boarder M&A.  Mr. Lee has advised, placed, and invested in excess of $500 Million USD into Vietnam and other parts of South East Asia and Korea. 


Mr. Lee attended the Temple University Fox School of Business where he majored in International Business and Marketing.
